This two double bedroom detached villa is fully furnished and recently been renovated to a high standard. This villa boasts spectacular views and is situated near the all year round resort of Borovets (soon to be Super Borovets) and the town of Samokov. The villa has its own natural water supply, mains electricity and waste drainage. It has full mobile phone coverage and comes with satellite television connection. There is electric radiators and traditional wood burner heating in the Villa. The windows and doors are double insulated.
The Villa comfortably sleeps 4 people with additional sleeping for up to 6 (downstairs sofa bed). There is 24 hour security (COT) attached to the property and has two friendly nearby neighbours, a Bulgarian and a resident English couple. The property is sold with a fully formed company. A LTD company is a requirement for foreign investors to own land in Bulgaria.
